HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. REMOVE DESIRED AMOUNT OF FROZEN DOUGH LOAF FROM FREEZER. 2. PLACE ONE FROZEN DOUGH LOAF IN ONE 1 LB LOAF PAN. 3. PLACE PANS ON COVERED RACK AND PUT INTO RETARDER OVERNIGHT. 4. REMOVE PANS FROM RETARDER AND ALLOW PIECES TO WARM UP FOR 30 MINUTES. 5. PROOF FOR 45 - 60 MINUTES AT 100°F (38°C) AND 85% HUMDITY OR LEAVE ON FLOOR FOR ABOUT 90 - 120 MINUTES UNTIL ABOVE 1" INCH HIGH THAN PAN RIM. 6. BAKE USING CONVENCTION OVEN AT 325°F (160°C) FOR 25 - 30 MINUTES UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE ABOVE 200°F (93°C). 7. TAKE LOAF OUT OF PAN RIGHT OUT OF OVEN AND LET COOL ON RACK
